I have to say, I love this one too! For the first time, we get to see a city background, with a couple zombies and a dragon. Though Alex doesn’t use a gas mask in Vegas, he and other characters do use them when exploring the Xenolith in the Great Blight.
I’ll post cover five tomorrow, but spoiler alert, it’s already live on everywhere online! I just don’t want to spam people twice and the cover is deserving of its own post.

I have to say, I’m loving this new covers! Although I liked the old ones when I read the complete series whey the books came out, it was the covers that had attracted me in the first place, that made me read the blurb next. These new ones are fantastic, also more in line with the art and cover designs that I’m seeing now.

I like the old covers as well! They were done by a good friend of mine back when there really wasn’t much of a cover design industry to help indie authors. Those covers were a BIG reason I got a lot of attention. Time marches on, though, and conventions have changed a lot in the PA genre, and it’s really important to signal what kind of book the readers will be getting at a single glance. And I think this artist has delivered in a big way. I had to wait a while but I think it was worth it.
